With almost 3 decades of professional experience in the Aesthetic Medicine Industry, Connie has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, she has demonstrated success not only by honing her expertise in facial aesthetic non-surgical treatments, but she has also distinguished herself as a trainer and consultant. Connie became one of the first nurses in Minnesota to be trained in the aesthetic utilization of dermal fillers. Since 1998, Connie’s artistic talent has exclusively focused on non-surgical aesthetic procedures while she continues to develop her practice as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist within prestigious plastic surgery clinics in the Twin Cities. With her diverse background and experience, Connie continues to treat a wide variety of patients who want to restore and enhance their natural beauty. She is a licensed RN in 10 states; CA, CO, IL, MN, ND, NV, NY, PA, SD and WI. She earned her certification as a Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse (CPSN) in 2008 through the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN), and she earned her CANS (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist) certification through the ASPSN in 2013. Connie also has additional certifications in Laser Physics and Safety, CO2 Laser Resurfacing, Advanced Skin Care, Sclerotherapy and Perioperative Nursing.

Throughout her successful career, Connie has received numerous awards and accolades. She has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and advancement in the healthcare industry. She is being considered for the 2018 Woman of the Year Award by the International Association of Top Professionals, and she is also being considered for an article in T.I.P (Top Industry Professional) Magazine. In 2017, Connie was selected as Top Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse of the Year by IAOTP. She beautifully graced the front cover of the 2016 Inner Circle Executive Magazine. In 2015, Connie was selected for the Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award in the Field of Healthcare by Continental Who’s Who. In 2013, she was selected as a delegate of the Aesthetic Nursing Profession Award from the International Women’s Leadership Association. In 2011, Connie was selected as Executive Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), Woman on the Way Award-NAWBO Minnesota in 2010, and she was also chosen as Top Nurse by the International Association of Nurses (IAN). Connie remains active in organizations such as the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) (formerly known as the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses – ASPSN), IAN, and American Nurses Association (ANA); she is a Board Member of the ISPAN where she acts as the Aesthetic Board Chair, she is a member of Continental Who’s Who, and she is a published author and sought after speaker. Connie has served as a faculty speaker for ISPAN, Cosmetic Boot Camp, Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN), Allergan, Galderma, Medicis, Scientiae, Strata Med, CME Scholar, Medical Advocates (University of South Florida), Aesthetic Advancements (AAI), and Health Tech Solutions.
Connie attributes her success to the pursuit of constant learning, a passion for safety and optimal outcomes for her clients, and the collaboration with other aesthetic experts along the way. Connie says she has been blessed, and that she loves her “art.” As for the future, she plans to continue to expand her practice and trainings, design further tools for training, keep current with plastic surgery/aesthetic advances, mentor other aesthetic medical providers, and she ultimately wants to continue to make a positive difference in people’s lives through her genuine character, skills, knowledge and expertise.
