Connie Brennan, RN, CPSN, has been recognized nationally as an expert in facial aesthetic non-surgical injections. An artist by passion and a highly trained aesthetic nurse by profession, she specializes in non-surgical treatments to restore and enhance natural beauty. As a certified specialist under the medical directorship of plastic surgeons, Connie provides aesthetic consultations, treatment and comprehensive training with aesthetic injectables such as botulinum toxins and dermal fillers.
Connie has been working in aesthetic medicine since 1988. Initially working as a plastic surgery assistant and clinical photographer for a leading group of plastic surgeons, she graduated from nursing school in 1994. In 1995, Ms. Brennan continued in plastic surgery nursing but began to integrate her artistic talent into her professional career by becoming one of the first nurses in Minnesota to be trained in the utilization of dermal fillers (bovine collagen). This led to further training in 1998 where Connie became skilled in sclerotherapy and early aesthetic uses of Botox. Since 1998, Connie has focused exclusively on non-surgical aesthetic procedures while developing her practice as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist within prestigious plastic surgery clinics in the Twin Cities.
Connie maintains her license as a RN in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. She earned her certification as a Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse in 2008 (CPSN) through the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. In 2010, she was awarded "Top Nurse" from the International Association of Nurses (IAN) and was included in the 2010 Edition of Worldwide Leaders in HealthCare. Also, in 2010, she was awarded the "Woman on the Way Award" from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She has served as a faculty speaker for many organizations such as ASPSN (American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses), Allergan, Medicis, Radiesse, Scientiae, Strata Med, CME Scholar, Medical Advocates (University of South Florida), Aesthetic Advancements, and Health Tech Solutions. She has additional certifications in Laser Physics and Safety, CO2 Laser Resurfacing, Advanced Skin Care, Sclerotherapy and Perioperative Nursing.
Connie participates in membership with the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and the International Association of Nursing (IAN).
Since 2002, Connie has provided training to hundreds of aesthetic professionals through her consulting company. With the increasing demand for education and training, Connie established Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, LLC in 2009 to offer a broader range of services and training opportunities. Connie is dedicated to providing optimal aesthetic outcomes and gold-standard level of care as well as comprehensive training for a broad range of medical professionals.
